  Back in 2015, I worked with Nancy to try to get a loan and was treated very poorly. Each time I called to get clarification about something, she was very condescending to me. My wife told me to stop working with her but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. But each interaction made it clear that she didn't want to work with us. In the end she said that she wasn't approved to participate in the Frogtown Land Trust, something that we were looking into at the time. This was odd because on the promotional materials we were given, only her and a few other people were recommended as mortgage lenders who knew how to do the land trust stuff. Odd indeed. In the end, I'm glad that I went with someone else. Why am I writing this in 2017? Because I'm cleaning out my office and I found some paper from 2015 when we were searching for our first home. I had intended to write a review but in my busyness, I put it off. Clearly my experience was so bad that even after two years, I've taken the time to share it. I would not recommend this mortgage lender.
